We build the full engine inside your own stack, then hand you the keys. Launch by talking to it, approve from a dashboard, and replies land in your inbox and CRM. No more 6-12 months learning Clay, no more betting on a random agency, and no more £100,000+ a year on SDR or RevOps hires.
A replay of a real run, not a live one.

Talk to launch it. Watch a lead flow through every layer, a human approves, and results land in your inbox and CRM.
Real-time replies, meetings booked and what's working, for you and your team
Clay is a genuinely good tool, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. This is simply where each way of working actually fits.
| Doing it by handSpreadsheets and your CRM | ClayBuilding it yourself, table by table | ||
|---|---|---|---|
| Who does the work | You, or someone you pay to copy and paste | A specialist who already knows the tool | You, in plain English or out loud |
| How long to learn | Nothing to learn, but nothing gets faster either | Six to twelve months before you are genuinely good at it | Nothing. You describe what you want |
| Getting a campaign out | Days and weeks of manual research, and the volume is never there | Two to three days building tables, every time | Three to four hours |
| What it costs to get it wrong | Hours you do not get back | Thousands of credits burned on trial and error | Nothing. It runs again |
| How personal the message is | Their first name, and that is it | As good as the person building it | Built on something true and recent about them |
| Who checks it before it sends | Nobody | Nobody | A person reads every message |
| Who owns it at the end | A folder of spreadsheets | Clay does, and you keep paying | You do, outright |
Cheap to start and familiar. It falls apart past a few hundred leads, and nothing you send is really personal.
Powerful and flexible, and the standard for a reason. But you have to become an expert in it first, and most people spend months and a lot of credits finding that out.
Tell it what you want in your own words, have a campaign out the same day, and own the whole thing at the end. Built to send fewer, better messages rather than more of them.
Gone are the days of piecing together the tools, the playbooks and the automations yourself. Spin up a campaign in hours, not the days or weeks an agency or a new hire needs. Soon two-person teams will run all of their B2B outbound off agents and terminals. AI is here to stay. Don't get left behind.
Their whole engine, built from scratch. 30% LinkedIn reply rates, and doors opened at OpenAI, MoonPay, Vanquis Bank, Betfred and B&Q.

Outbound wins on timing. These are the kinds of live triggers we wire your engine to act on, the moment a company enters buying mode. Proprietary pipelines, not scraped lists.

Tick what you're paying for today, then see how a one-off engine you own compares.
Start with a free pilot. After that it comes down to one question, and it is the first thing we will ask you: who operates the engine, your team or ours?
40 days on your real market, free. We build a full engine, you keep every reply, and decide at the end whether to own it. No cost, no obligation.
Built inside your stack, your keys, your domains. Runbooks, skills and playbooks handed over, your team trained to drive it. You own the asset outright.
Same engine, our hands on the wheel. For teams who want the pipeline without operating the machine themselves.
Days 1 to 14 are deliverability setup and campaign mapping, with no sending, which protects your domains. Days 15 to 40 are live outreach, ramped. We take a maximum of three pilots a month because each one is a full build.
A number of meetings.
Anyone who does is guessing at your market with your money.
An agency keeps the system. When they leave, the pipeline leaves with them. We build the engine inside your own stack, on your domains and your tooling, then hand over the configurations, playbooks, documentation and the training to run it. If we walked away, the engine keeps working.
No, and we will not. The number of meetings depends on your market, your offer and your own sales process, none of which we control. What we commit to is a working engine, live campaigns on your real market, and a human reviewing every message. Anyone guaranteeing a meeting count is guessing at your market with your money.
You do. Nothing sends cold. Every message is scored and bucketed, then a person reviews it. During an engagement you review and approve the initial messaging before we go live, and you keep that visibility throughout.
Days 1 to 14 are deliverability setup and campaign mapping. We procure and configure mailboxes and domains, finalise the ICP and messaging, integrate the tooling and build the campaigns. Nothing sends in this window, which is what protects your long-term deliverability. Days 15 to 40 are live outreach, with volume ramped rather than opened at full capacity. We review reply and deliverability performance with you around day 35 to 40.
Yes. The sending infrastructure and prospect data are yours and you keep them whatever you decide at the end of the pilot. Our frameworks and methodology stay ours during a pilot or a done-for-you term. If you commission a full engine build, you get a perpetual licence to use the engine, configurations and documentation inside your own business.
The engine does not. It works over email and LinkedIn, and that is deliberate, because those are the channels it can personalise properly and run at volume without burning your reputation.
Cold calling is available on request as a separate service alongside it. Some teams want it, and it can work well once the engine has already warmed a name up. Ask on the call and we will tell you honestly whether we think it is worth it for your market.
We work to UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR. Prospect data is business contact data from business data providers and public sources, never consumer lists, held on a legitimate-interest basis with a suppression list for anyone who asks us to stop. Campaign data lives in your own stack once the engine is handed over. We are happy to walk your compliance or security team through the tooling and the data flow before you commit.
Yes. That is the done-for-you route, and plenty of teams prefer it. Same engine, our hands on the wheel, a set number of new campaigns each month. You can switch to owning the engine later, and what you have already paid comes off the build.
The pilot carries no professional fee at all. Beyond that it depends which route you take, whether we run it or you own it, and we will give you exact figures on the call rather than a number on a page that does not fit your situation. You fund your own sending infrastructure throughout, because those domains and mailboxes are yours to keep.
First campaign live in roughly two weeks. A full engine build and handover runs six to eight weeks, with weekly sessions training your team to drive it.

You don't learn a tool stack. We build it, then guide you to drive it, over twelve weeks.
Inside your own stack, wired end to end, first campaign live in around two weeks. You watch, you don't build.
We guide you and your team to drive the engine, live, every week, with SOPs for every workflow.
Launch by voice, approve on the dashboard, replies land in your inbox. The engine is yours.

The Multi-Persona Hypothesis is how we map a whole buying committee from public evidence, then write to each person about what they actually own. The full toolkit is free, and the prompts work as they are.

Six years in bootstrapped startups, then I launched Prospectology and worked with 12+ clients. Now I build outbound engines that clients own and run in-house. A person reviews every play before it sends, so the engine has your leverage and our judgement.
